 The object of research - the processes of planning and reporting in the production and scientific and technical spheres of activity of the subjects of the state system of insurance fund documentation in the current legislation. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of management of the processes of creation, formation, maintenance and use of documents of the insurance fund of documentation by developing new forms of planning and reporting of special institutions of the insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine and research institution of the insurance fund of documentation. Research methods - theoretical (analysis, generalization, systematization), analytical and graphic. New forms of planning and reporting documents of production, scientific and technical spheres of activity, etc. of the subjects of the state system of the insurance fund of documentation in the conditions of the current legislation are developed. The effect of the implementation of the results of work is that during the planning and reporting in the production and scientific and technical spheres of activity of the subjects of the state system of insurance fund documentation in the current legislation reduces the complexity of these processes.
