The studies were performed using the analytical method. The source information was special literature. Based on the results of the bibliographic search, an analysis was performed and the current state of the problem of climate change and agro-climatic resources in relation to agriculture in general and viticulture, in particular, was reviewed and presented. The analysis of the existing scenarios of climate change was carried out, and scenarios of climate changes in relation to viticulture were substantiated. The widespread models of estimation of agroclimatic resources concerning different grape varieties taking into account their requirements to factors of light, heat, moisture, and their frost resistance were considered. Based on the results of the analytical review and detailed characterization of biological characteristics of groups of grape varieties (common in Ukraine), methodological approaches to assessing the impact of global and regional climate change and agroclimatic conditions under different scenarios by 2050 for grapes are substantiated.
