The purpose of the work is to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the popularization of science among foreigners and to encourage as many foreigners as possible in Kharkiv. Research methods - modeling the learning process of foreign students through the integration of courses (interdisciplinary coordination) and the use of collective forms of student work; application of innovative teaching methods in the form of case methods, empirical experiments, computer simulations and other interactive teaching methods; internationalization of education taking into account international models of education. The expedient directions of improvement of preparation of foreign students in the field of popularization of a science are defined, and also necessity of formation of professional ethical skills and abilities at future scientists - foreign students is revealed. Modeling of the process of popularization of science among foreign students is carried out. Based on the results of the research, an effective innovative teaching method of popularizing science among foreigners has been developed, which also improves the quality and level of education of foreign students and provides high motivation to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities.
