The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate the system of macroeconomic and microeconomic instruments for de-shadowing the economy of Ukraine based on the laws caused by the interaction of financial intermediaries with other participants in illegal economic schemes of financial and real sectors of the economy. The subject of research - a set of theoretical and methodological, and organizational aspects of the interaction of financial intermediaries in implementing shadow economic schemes. Research methods: logical-historical, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, multifactor regression and correlation analysis, cluster analysis, principal components method, VAR modeling, time series analysis, vector modeling, Harrington's method. A catalog of shadow schemes has been developed. The most widespread innovative financial technologies are ranked according to the risk of their influence on expanding ways of legalization of criminal proceeds. A database of indicators has been formed to assess the probability of financial intermediaries' participation in shadow transactions. Based on the calculation of the integrated indicator for evaluating the level of efficiency of the banking institutions' financial monitoring system, it is established that this system in Ukraine has an average level of efficiency and needs further reform. The hypothesis that the probability of participation of financial intermediaries in shadow operations increases with the aggravation of the crisis of confidence in the economy's financial sector is confirmed.
