The research subject - Structure and physicochemical and biological properties of the coating of biodegradable magnesium implants obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation with nanoparticles of silver and zinc oxide. The purpose of the work is to establish the general laws of oxide film formation on the surface of magnesium alloys in order to control the resorption processes in biological media and the biocompatibility of implants with a modified surface. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: 1. Investigation of the surface structure using scanning electron microscopy; 2. Determination of the dynamics of resorption of alloys and the dynamics of the elements in a solution using corrosion tests and AAS .; 3. Study of the thickness and chemical composition of the film using the methods of scanning electron microscopy, Raman, FTIR, and XRD .; 4. Generalization of results and sampling. Studies of the quality of the modified surface of magnesium alloys, in particular the dynamics of resorption of alloys, thickness, and chemical composition, as well as features of the film morphology, its mechanical properties, which allowed to determine the structure and elemental composition of the surface of modified magnesium alloys. Namely, the formation of an oxide layer with a phosphate and sulfate component. The dependence of the coating quality on the solution composition and electrooxidation parameters was determined and samples with optimal physicochemical parameters for culturing cell cultures were selected.
