The aim of the work is to investigate the influence of structure and chemical nature of “smart” polymers on stability, dimensional, absorption, luminescent characteristics of binary nanosystems containing nanoparticles of metals, semiconductors, photosensitizers, antitumor drugs incorporated in the polymer matrix; development of new homo- and copolymers with photochromic fragments, their components on the basis of fundamental research in the field of synthesis, physicochemical and photophysical processes. Research methods - gel permeation chromatography, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, NMR, UV and IR spectroscopy, photoluminescence, cyclic voltammetry, in vitro and in vivo testing. Binary nanosystems based on copolymers D-PAA and D-PNIPAM with incorporated photosensitizers (FS) of different hydrophobicity were studied. The formation of complexes - D-PNIPAM with cisplatin (Cis), doxorubicin (Dox) and photosensitizers has been spectrally proved. It is shown that an increase in aggregation processes in nanosystems is not registered in Hanks' saline solution. The irreversible nature of laser-induced transformations (aggregations) in D-PNIPAM / AgNF hybrids, which differs from temperature-induced transformations, is shown. Differences in physicochemical characteristics of D-PAA hydrogels and composites based on it, obtained by Ag + reduction by chemical and photochemical methods, were investigated.
