Research methods - numerical experiment, experimental research, computer modeling. As a result of numerous researches and experimental data it is determined that the technical and technological conditions that ensure the use of pre-eutectic silumins with iron content up to 3% in foundry production can be conductive electric current treatment (CECT) of melt in superliquid temperature range with use optimal summary dose of electrical energy, under the conditions of use a separate type of electrode system. For the first time, a hybrid integrated three-component information system for the formation of control effects on structure formation in the CECT process was proposed and developed to ensure further efficient crystallization of the melt and its solidification. It is experimentally proved that under these conditions the mechanical characteristics of castings at the level of modern requirements are obtained. Recommendations containing technical and technological conditions which will provide effective use in foundry production of the CECT method of silumins, including, with the increased content of iron, for reception of service characteristics of castings at the level of modern requirements.
