The mechanisms of MWT of carbon due to the Maxwell-Wagner polarization and due to the dielectric polarization of etching agents have been studied. As shown, the heterogeneity of porous structure of the carbons under study depends on the particle size and influences the electrochemical characteristics of the system, in particular, the resistance and capacitance.
