Sokolovsky» popup.description2 The object of research is the assessment of spatial heterogeneity of physical and agrochemical parameters of arable soils, spatially differentiated soil quality management system, the latest agricultural technologies.The purpose of the study is to develop a spatially differentiated system of soil quality management for effective agricultural activities based on cartographic and analytical characteristics of soil properties and pedotransfer modeling. Research methods: analytical-bibliographic, field, laboratory-analytical, calculation, statistical-mathematical, geostatistical. Theoretical results - methodological bases of creation of spatially-differentiated system of management of quality of soils are developed; development of methodological approaches to the use of basic physical properties in pedotransfer modeling. The concept of assessing the quality of arable soils of Ukraine and the scientific publication "Quality of arable soils of Ukraine" have been developed. Practical results -development of spatially-differentiated soil quality management system; elaboration of the use of physical indicators in pedotransfer modeling to predict changes in their condition; practical introduction of differentiated agrotechnologies taking into account heterogeneity of properties of arable soils; creation of an updated electronic atlas of soil properties maps of Ukraine; development of five utility model patents. The novelty lies in the development of conceptual and methodological bases for determining the agro-investment attractiveness of arable land for growing crops on the basis of an integrated assessment of soil quality, climatic and agricultural indicators of the land plot; improving approaches to soil quality assessment. Efficiency is to update information on soil properties, assess their current condition and resistance to various types of anthropogenic loads. Scope - agriculture, grading, monetary valuation of land, evaluation and monitoring of soil resources.
