The object of research - the processes of accounting and analytical support of corporate governance in a digital economy. The purpose of the study is to improve the accounting and analytical support of corporate governance in the digital economy. Methods of work - evaluation, analysis, induction, formalization, comparison, empirical knowledge, grouping, synthesis, observation, etc. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of methodological recommendations for improving the accounting and analysis of corporate governance; highlighting the features of the corporate governance system that affect the development of the system of its accounting and analytical support; identification of areas of development of accounting and analysis in the system of corporate governance; formation of the concept of accounting transparency in corporate structures; - development of ways to minimize the consequences of the use of creative accounting practices in corporate governance; improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of additional disclosure of corporate accounting information; development of the concept of integrated reporting in the corporate governance system; development of a system of analytical support of corporate governance in accordance with the available specific information needs of stakeholders. The scientific novelty of the study is to deepen the theoretical and methodological approaches and ways to improve the accounting and analytical support of corporate governance.
