 Regulations of the technology that will affect the reduction of cracking and increase the field germination of seeds of new rice varieties have been developed. Elements of scientifically substantiated technology of production of high-quality seed material of new rice varieties have been comprehensively improved, which will allow realizing the potential of existing rice varieties by reducing seed cracking and increasing the yield of conditioned seeds from one hectare from 10 to 15% or 0.5-0.7 tons /Ha. Improving the efficiency of certain agricultural techniques will increase the field germination of rice by 4%, cost savings of up to 15% will be obtained by reducing the seeding rate per hectare.
