It is shown that the use of these welding materials is characterized by a significant level of emissions of harmful substances in the form of welding aerosols, which contain compounds of hexavalent chromium and Nickel, which belong to the class of extremely hazardous substances, as well as manganese, fluorides and the like. The purpose of the work is to reveal the regularities of formation of hygienic characteristics of welding electrodes on the basis of researches of chemical and biological properties of aerosols. Objectives: to investigate the dependence of chemical composition, emission levels and cytotoxicity of aerosols generated by the use of coated electrodes with improved sanitary characteristics based on methodological standards of hygienic assessment of welding materials, taking into account national requirements to develop a system for assessing the toxicity of welding aerosols; to study the influence of welding current, distance from the welding arc on the level of emissions, chemical composition and cytotoxicity of the welding aerosol during welding with high-alloy and low-alloy coated electrodes; to develop methodical recommendations for the development of welding electrodes with improved sanitary and hygienic properties for manual arc welding. Research methods and the list of the equipment - sampling of ZA for their dissolution is carried out according to the DSTU ISO 15011-1: 2008 standard by a method of full capture of the aerosol formed during welding by means of the special stand with the FPP filter established on the way of ZA from shelter. welding zones. Toxicity assessment was performed at the Institute of Occupational Medicine of the National Academy of Medical S Product Description popup.authors Bezushko Olga M Goncharova Olga M Kuleshov Vasylʹ A popup.nrat_date 2021-02-15 Close
