Based on the results of bioinformatic analysis, 105 Tr EST sequences were selected. dicoccum and 79 ILP markers for Tr. dicoccum, which can later be used for molecular genetic analysis of cereals. It was found that 78% of ILP markers Tr. dicoccum are found in the genesproteins of housekeeping , 13% in genes of stress-induced proteins, 6% in genes of kinases, and 3% of ILP markers are located in genes whose function has not been established. Analysis of gene intron length polymorphism using 9 ILP-markers Tr.dicoccum allowed to qualitatively genotype and differentiate among themselves as different samples of Tr samples. dicoccum lines / varieties of cultivated and wild cereals, which indicates the feasibility of further use of this approach for molecular genetic analysis of Tr. dicoccum and other species of the family Poaceae.
