It was found that ultrasonic disintegration of modified samples of 2D-WS2 in water leads to the formation of mainly monolayer nanoparticles of tungsten disulfide with the crystal structure of WS2. It is shown that the use of ammonium carbonate or ammonium thiosulfate can increase the degree of functionalization of WS2 and promotes its more efficient liquid-phase exfoliation in water to obtain more concentrated aqueous dispersions (0.2, 0.5 and 0.7 mg / ml for 2D-WS2, 2D-WS2 (N ) and 2D-WS2 (N, S), respectively), which is important for the use of such materials in biomedical sensors. It was found that the effect of 2D-WS2 nanoparticles on the formation of amyloid fibrils depends on the pH of the medium and protein concentration, namely: in a strongly acidic environment (pH = 2.0) in concentrated protein solutions (20 mg / ml) the introduction of 2D-WS2 nanoparticles during incubation to increase the number of amyloid fibrils, whereas in a highly alkaline medium (pH = 11.5), the addition of 2D-WS2 during incubation leads to a decrease in amyloid fibrils, regardless of protein concentration.
