Virocidal and virostatic dilutions of these substances were determined on vaccine and epizootic strains of Aujeszky's disease virus as a model of the ASF pathogen, as well as on the teshovirus model of FMD virus - strains "Buchach" (attenuated) and "Bucha" (virulent) teshen disease. In all mixtures, the viruses were used in a standard dose of - 1000 TCD50 (final concentration). The probabilistic dilution of Amiksin relative to HA virus was highest (VRAMIXIN = 0.024%, n = 84, P <0.005) and moderate relative to HT virus (BPamx = 0.1 mg / cm3 and 0.4 mg / cm3 relative to vaccine and field strains, in accordance). Also, its solutions were physically and biologically compatible with a wider range than others, in addition, this drug showed a clear effective in delaying the clinical manifestation of ASF in 18 of 23 infected pigs in the ASF center in the Kherson region (outbreak №428 / 06.09.2018, test report from 07.09.2018). The obtained triple mixture in combination with the oil component, as an oxidation stabilizing and prolonging action of the drug, became the basis of the innovative experimental antiviral drug "SuiViroSan". The high anti-epizootic efficacy of the drug against HA (up to 98%) was proved by its injectable use on 82 adult pigs-carriers of small-scale economy in Kharkiv region and on 514 patients with HA piglets of 3 months of age in an industrial pig complex (26 thousand pigs) of Dnipropetrovsk region.   Product Description popup.authors Bobrovytska Iryna A Kolchik Olena V. popup.nrat_date 2021-02-16 Close
