The purpose of the project is to study the theoretical foundations and applied aspects of information security management of the enterprise and to develop practical proposals to strengthen its level of information, as well as to determine the main directions of improving the information security of enterprises. Research methods. When conducting research, the general methodological basis is the dialectical method of cognition used for theoretical analysis. The study also used methods of logical generalization and scientific abstraction, research, statistical and analytical; economic and mathematical methods; systematization and logical generalization; principles of development, communication, universality, system, complexity. The results of the research and their scientific novelty: the conceptual apparatus of the researched topic is systematized; the factors influencing the information security of the enterprise are systematized; current trends in the emergence of key threats to information security of the enterprise and the main methods of prevention are identified. The practical significance of the study is that the formulated theoretical generalizations are a contribution to the theory of information security of enterprises that can be used in developing a system for its provision. Conclusions and proposals for the development of a set of measures to ensure information security and information protection in the enterprise are of great practical importance and can be used to improve information protection of the enterprise and strengthen its level of economic security.
