 Magnetically sensitive colloidal systems with the oncological drug cisplatin of chemotherapeutic mechanism of action have been created. Methods for analyzing the quality of antitumor nanocomposite, studying its characteristics and stability have been developed. The study of physicochemical characteristics of antitumor nanocomposite (density, viscosity, magnetic properties, average size of nanoparticles, their size distribution, etc.). The technological processes of antitumor nanocomposite synthesis have been optimized and laboratory regulations for the production of antitumor nanocomposite have been created. Synthesized prototypes of antitumor nanocomposite were transferred to the Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology. RE. Kavetsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to provide pharmaco-toxicological and preclinical studies
