Their magnetic and structural characteristics have been studied. The processes of immobilization of bioactive bacterial cytotoxic lectin B.subtilis IMB B-772 on the surface of single-domain magnetite (Fe3O4) and nanocomposite Fe3O4 / Al2O3 / C were studied. Kinetic studies of lectin adsorption were performed and isotherms were constructed. The degree of extraction of lectin R (%) is 12 - 38% for magnetite and 46 - 67% for NC Fe3O4 / Al2O3 / C.
