Various daily stresses require a person to overcome them. Analysis of the causes and effects on the body and behavior of human of stress during the management of technological processes showed the relevance of the study. As a result of the research, a special type of behavior was identified and described - overcoming, which is aimed at overcoming life's difficulties of different levels. In addition, the study of the problem of overcoming the behavior of specialists involved in technological processes has begun. The need to explore the issue of resources that will productively overcome stress and maintain the psycho-emotional health of the individual has been demonstrated. The construction of a holistic system of stress management (in particular, the circumstances that cause stress) has begun.
