The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the individual in the conditions of the influence of stressors and / or stable conditions of professional activity and training. Purpose: to study the features and psychological and pedagogical conditions of development, formation and functioning of the individual in the context of the realities of modern Ukrainian society and development of practical recommendations and programs to overcome adverse variants of its development in various fields of study, professional activity and living conditions. Research methods: theoretical analysis of the literature on the research problem, analysis, synthesis, generalization, specification, systematization, classification, comparative method (comparison of groups of subjects), psychodiagnostic methods (questionnaires, testing), focus groups, method of expert evaluation, methods of active influence on personality (psychological training), qualitative and mixed methods of psychological research; psychosocial interventions. The main results of the work: Theoretical analysis of psychological features of personality in such aspects as behavior and coping ("resilience") in crisis and extreme situations and in schoolchildren and adults in the process of learning and professional activities (including teaching); communicative world of personality, professional self-determination and emotional intelligence in the structure of students' personality at the stage of study in ZVO, including formation of professional moral and ethical guidelines for public relations specialists, managerial competence of network leaders in MLM, deformation of youth in the process of socialization.
