Genotypic markers of Salmonella spp. resistance to groups of drugs detailed above have been established. Genotypic and phenotypic resistance profiles were determined. The presence of stable mobile genomic structures (integrons, genomic islands), which are carriers of cassette antibiotic resistance genes in salmonellas was established. A methodology for detecting the resistant forms of the Salmonella genus bacteria to fluoroquinolones and beta-lactams using molecular genetic methods has been developed.
