The purpose of the work is theoretical and experimental substantiation of the possibility of organizing highly profitable industrial production on the basis of plasma technologies, the use of which increases the protective wear-resistant properties of metals and alloys. Within the framework of this project the rational technology of synthesis of oxidoceramic coatings on details of tribotechnical purpose, technological environments and modes of synthesis for plasma-electrolytic oxidation is developed, the sequence of process of plasma-electrolytic oxidation is medium for obtaining oxidoceramic coatings of a given thickness and hardness.It is experimentally established that the wear resistance of oxoceramics increases in comparison with untreated alloys by dry friction by 30 times, by cavitation-erosion wear in aggressive environments by 17 times. It is established that the synthesized oxoceramics on zirconium and titanium alloys increases their corrosion resistance by 1 ... 3 orders of magnitude.
