A research object is teoretically-methodical and applied aspects of management innovative development of regions and enterprises. A purpose of work is grounds of economic positions, which would provide an effective management innovative development of regions and enterprises in the context of decision of strategic task – increases of level of competitiveness of regions and enterprises. In the process of implementation of research: 104 scientific publications are published in editions, including: 8 collective monographs; 7 articles in magazines, that is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science; 28 articles in professional scientific editions, 61 publications theses of lectures on international and domestic conferences. The performers of this research organized 11 the International scientifically-practical conferences, 5 the Allukrainian scientifically-practical conferences, 4 round table on the base of departments of «Management», «Marketing» and «Tourism» of Lutsk NTU. 4 manuals are worked out and given out, 32 the printed educationally-methodicall editions.
