During the reporting period, an experiment was conducted on keeping sentenelle birds. According to the studies, 15 hemagglutinating isolates (influenza A virus of subtype H1N1) were isolated and characterized. The places of mass concentration of wild birds have been determined, to which expedition trips were carried out in the future in order to select biological material. A series of virological studies was performed, during which 67 isolates with hemagglutinating properties were isolated from the suspension of internal organs and cloacal washes. According to the results of further identification, the isolated isolates were typed as paramyxoviruses (first, third, fourth and sixth subtypes) and orthomyxoviruses with influenza viruses with the first, third, fourth, fifth and seventh subtypes of hemagglutinin, as well as myxin infection H with the subtype H13, one isolate - with hemagglutinin subtype H2, H5 and H7; one isolate with subtypes H5 and H7; H2 and H5; H1 and H10; H9 and H10, as well as H1 and H9). Among orthomyxoviruses, at least three isolates showed signs of highly pathogenic. A more in-depth study of highly pathogenic isolates of influenza virus subtype H5N1 and H5N8, as well as low-pathogenic isolates of influenza virus subtype H5N2, isolated during 2006-2017 using modern molecular genetic research methods, was also conducted. The technology of obtaining and purification of recombinant proteins of Newcastle disease virus has been developed. Product Description popup.authors Bolotin Vitaliy I.
