Research methods - epizootological, clinical, pathological, bacteriological, molecular genetic To study the features of circulation and develop a concept for predicting and preventing the spread of bacterial diseases pathogens in poultry. 84 rounds of diagnostic studies of biological material from poultry were carried out. Isolated bacterial disease agents from 8 families: Enterobacteriaceae (64.8%), Pseudomonadaceae (1.5%), Clostridiaceae (17.0%), Bacillaceae (5.9%), Staphylococcaceae (4.8%), Enterococcaceae ( 2.6%), Mycoplasmataceae (1.8%) and yeast-like microflora (1.8%). Also, collected and investigated biological material (feces) from 10 heads of Dove gray from Kharkov. The majority of isolated pathogens cultures of poultry bacterial diseases were bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family: Citrobacterfreundii (n = 1), Escherichiacoli (n = 5), Enterobacter dissolvens (n = 4). 90% of isolated cultures are resistant to ampicillin, doxycycline and 80% to cefazolin. Sensitivity to gentamicin and chloramphenicol ¬ 100%. According to the results of screening studies of pathological and clinical material in PCR in 2020, the causative agent of hemophilia was detected in two of the four studied farms in Dnipropetrovsk, Kiev and Zaporozhye regions (the presence of the pathogen in the pathological / clinical material was 40%).
