Registration Date 18-02-2021 Organization National Scientific Center Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine popup.description2 The aim of the work is to conduct epizootological monitoring of infectious agalactia of sheep and goats in farms of the Southern region of Ukraine, to establish the features of the clinical course of infection and to study morphological and biochemical parameters of sheep blood after vaccination with inactivated vaccine and to develop the concept of infection prevention and prevention. Research methods - epizootological, clinical, pathological, biochemical, bacteriological. In 2020, in order to establish possible ways of introduction of the infectious agent Agalactia of sheep and goats in Ukraine, a long-term analysis of veterinary reporting data were done (reports of native and foreign scientists, the results of their own research), and several ways of possible transboundary entry of the pathogen were noted. It is established that, first of all, it is unlicensed import of animals for agricultural needs, low level of diagnostic tests organization when obtaining a certificate for transportation of animals abroad, contact of farmand wild animals, cattle grazing on pathogen-contaminated border pastures. The analysis of researches on morphological and biochemical indicators of sheep blood after vaccination by domestic inactivated vaccine of NSC "IECVM" was carried out. As a result, it was found that the use of inactivated vaccine promotes the activation of cellular immunity. As a result, the hematological parameters of the blood changed in a positive direction - increase in the leukocytes content for 21 days by 14.3% and the absolute number of lymphocytes by 7.9%. It was shown that the vaccine is not reactogenic, has no immunosuppressive effect and corrects the recovery of albumin concentration in the serum of vaccinated sheep, namely by reducing α-globulins by 28.5% and β-globulins by 36.8% and has a positive effect on the growth of γ- globulins by 31.5%, CEC by 16% and lysozyme by 14.4% activating the cellular immune system.
