A "Standard Operating Procedure for Determining the Antagonistic Properties of Lactic Acid Bacteria" has been developed, which will facilitate the selection of lactic acid bacteria to create probiotic preparations to ensure epizootic well-being against dysbacteriosis in young farm animals. A method for culturing lactobacilli and bifidobacteria has been developed, which will promote the cultivation and storage of lactic acid bacteria to create probiotic preparations. The composition of the pharmaceutical composition in the form of capsules is proposed: dry biomass of Lactobacillus plantarum № 7-317 and Bifidobacterium adolectentis № 17-316 - 50%, glucose - 5%, lactose - 5%, Aerosil 200 - 9%, starch - 31%. The content of lyophilized bacteria in one capsule is not less than 1 X 107 CFU of bifidobacteria / cm3 and 1 X 107 CFU of lactobacilli / cm3. According to the results of the research, the technology of production of the encapsulated form of probiotic preparation was developed.  Product Description popup.authors Huzhvinska Svitlana O Dotsenko Kateryna A popup.nrat_date 2021-02-18 Close
