According to the results of experimental data, the conditions and parameters of biotechnological cultivation of active strains (B. thuringiensis, B. subtilis, B. pumilus) on liquid nutrient media were optimized, their manufacturability was evaluated and their entomocidity was determined. Aspects of the use of microbial preparations based on Bacillus thuringiensis to protect plants from pests are highlighted, namely the species-specific properties of Bacillus strains and their activity to target objects (study of the "pathogen-host" relationship). According to the degree of inhibitory effect on micromycetes of test isolates of Fusarium ssp. and Venturia ssp. determined pronounced antifungal activity of strains of Bacillus thuringiensis Bt 800 and 87/3. The entomocidal effect (as a bioassay used the larvae of young Laptinotarsa decemlineata Say., L1-2) of microbial preparations based on selected strains of entopathogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis was very significant and ranged from 86.5 to 99.4%. Comprehensive studies have shown high manufacturability of the strain B. thuringiensis № 87/3 (titer of metabolic sporo-crystalline complex from 3.6 to 4.8 billion in 1 ml of culture fluid), entomocidity (99.4%) and antifungal action, which is manifested in reducing the number of affected apple plants by the scab pathogen in 1.5-2 times, compared with the control variant. The wide spectrum of action of endogenous Bt bacteria has demonstrated the prospects of their use for phytoprotection. The obtained data can be used in the direction of regional production of plant protection products against pests and, in particular, to improve modern agrobiotechnology in crop production.
