The purpose of the work is to develop methodological principles of control of viticulture and winemaking products, the impact of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases of grapes on the quality of viticulture products, theoretical justification of the quality control system and safety. Real-time PCR, physicochemical methods of research of grape quality indicators were used for research. A phytosanitary survey for viral and phytoplasma diseases and the causative agent of bacterial cancer of grapes in the Odessa region with a total area of more than 500 hectares. As a result of research, viral, phytoplasma and bacterial diseases of grapes were identified. A methodology for DNA identification of viral infection using multiplex PCR has been developed.
