The monitoring results indicate that ridge drying is a common disease in industrial vineyards in southern Ukraine. It is established that table varieties are more affected by the disease than technical grape varieties. It is proved that the disease of ridge drying is chronic and requires annual protective measures of grape plantations, especially the table group of varieties of early maturity. The improved system of control of drying of ridges of grapes is based on application of the modern range of fungicides and biostimulators of growth of plants and microfertilizers of a biological origin: Atonic Plus (0,2 l/ha), Izabion (3,0 l/ha) and Amalgerol (3,0 l/ha) ), Sunny Mix "wagon" (0,1 l/ha), Sunny Mix "boron" (1,5 l/ha), Oxygumate (1,0 l/ha) and includes their three single application as a supplement to the existing system of protective measures and depends on the timing of ripening of grape varieties. For early and medium-early ripening, fertilization of plants should be carried out before and after flowering of grapes, or during the period of ovary formation (I-III decade of June), the following - with an interval of 14 days. For medium-late and late ripening, fertilization of plants begins a little later - in the phase of intensive growth of berries (II decade of July), two attacks - also with an interval of 14 days (I-II decade of August). The improved protection system is cost-effective, the costs of using these drugs are recouped in the same year by obtaining an additional harvest - on the variety Arcadia – 26,7 kg / ha, on the variety Sauvignon Blanc – 24,4 kg / ha.
