Taking into account specific features of pathogenesis revealed at the previous stages of the study, clinical approbation of treatment complexes for MS were developed and carried out for groups: MS without reproductive health disorders (vitD supplementation, pharmacological normalization of insulin sensitivity), MS with reproductive health disorders except PCOS (pharmacological normalization of insulin sensitivity, normalization, elimination of functional hyperprolactinemia), MS on the background of PCOS (supplementation of vitD, pharmacological normalization of insulin sensitivity, normalization of folliculogenesis). The developed complexes have been shown to be highly effective in reducing BMI, visceral fat percentage, improving glycemic profile, lipid profile and reproductive health. Summarizing the results we can state that bariatric surgery in MO helps to improve reproductive health, the optimal period for delaying pregnancy is 12 months in case recommendations on nutritional supplementation are followed, and the contraceptive choice in this period is a hormone-containing intrauterine device.
