On the basis of the performed researches: the existing and further development of theoretical bases and practical approaches to definition of tools of realization of the state policy in the field of science, technologies, innovative activity is generalized and carried out; developed proposals for new or improved tools for regulating scientific, technological and innovative activities. Proposals for new policy regulation tools in the STI system were also provided; proposals on new scientific and technological priorities in Ukraine for the period 2022-2030; developed methodological recommendations for monitoring the implementation of critical technologies in the field of armaments and military equipment; the existing and further development of the tool "open innovations" is generalized and carried out; maintenance and functioning of necessary electronic databases is provided; maintained up-to-date web resources on the development of innovation, world and domestic news on science, technology and innovation. New approaches to the selection of the list of indicators for assessing the implementation of priority areas of scientific and technological development in Ukraine, including to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals; development of theoretical provisions on open innovations and methodology for forecasting new directions of scientific and technological development on the basis of scientometric and patent analysis.
