It is shown that the detection threshold, depending on the type of substance was from 10 to 100 ppm, speed from 10-20 sec. up to units of minutes. Due to insufficient selectivity, it is advisable to use both types of sensory elements in the composition of sensory arrays using electronic nose technology.
