The influence of temperature relaxation processes occurring in the early stages of crystallization, on the morphological features of the surface and electronic structure of amorphous metal alloys based on iron was studied by high-vacuum probe microscopy and tunnel spectroscopy, XPS and EXAFS spectroscopy. Morphological features, functional properties and electronic structure of nanosized calcium hydroxyapatite have been comprehensively studied. Possibilities of application of nanowires on the basis of tobacco mosaic virus for production of materials of nano-, optoelectronics and medicine are investigated.
