Subject of research: complex technology of microarc oxidation of aluminium layer and stress state in multicomponent connections with friction contact. The work aims at improvement of operational properties of mechanical engineering products by developing a comprehensive technology for strengthening and assembling products and creating new designs of vibration protection devices. Research methods. A systematic approach is used, which includes substantiation of workpieces, coating design, improvement of hardening technologies, as well as coating research. The experiments were performed on developed and/or upgraded equipment. There have been carried out an analysis of operation conditions and causes of detail failures, defined kinematic and power parameters for test, and reviewed modern technologies of microarc oxidation. There have been simulated a stress state and the optimal design of two-layer and functional gradient coatings under local loads. The technology of manufacturing parts from compact aluminium and its alloys, reinforced with microarc oxide coatings on a base reinforced with alumina particles, has been developed. The technology of manufacturing steel parts with two-layer ceramic-aluminium coatings has been improved. There have been determined the permissible level of assembly stresses in the fan wheel and proposed the optimal design of the hub connection with the shaft. There has been improved the method of calculating the terminal connection for mounting blades with adjustable angle of attack. There has been simulated the theory and design of a bolted connection with a nut with spring-loaded collet petals, which prevent self-unscrewing. There has been simulated the frictional interaction of open cylindrical shells with a deformable filler under cyclic loading.
