Hyperinsulinemia activates glucose metabolism, increases lactate production and increases proliferative and migratory activity. Significant molecular-structural changes in the albumin fraction of blood plasma of rats due to the development of oxidative-carbonyl stress in the dynamics of growth of sensitive and cisplatin-resistant stains of Guerin's carcinoma were revealed. For the first time in tumor-bearing rats, a positive correlation was found between the content of polyamines in peripheral blood and in tumors, which makes it possible to use this indicator as a non-tumor marker for monitoring of the tumor process. For the first time, B. subtilis IMB B-7724 extracellular lectin was proposed as an immunotherapy agent to overcome resistance to cisplatin. The data obtained in the system in vitro and in vivo can be a theoretical basis for the development of criteria for clarifying the diagnosis and course of tumor disease. For the first time, in the clinical material of patients with breast cancer a panel of biomolecular markers associated with high-grade molecular subtypes of these tumors was identified: low expression of the chemokine CXCL12 and miRNA-122, high expression of CXCR4 and oncogenic microRNA-21, and increased ratio of CYP1B1/CYP1A2 in the tumor and surrounding adipose tissue and high content of M2-macrophages. It was determined that such non-tumor markers as high expression of AIP genes, PKN1 in serum, correlate with a high degree of malignancy of breast tumor cells. Decreased enzymatic activity of ribonucleases in malignant prostate tumors with tumor progression and direct correlations between high levels of NANOG mRNA in tumor tissue and the stage of the tumor process, regional metastasis, Gleason score and the level of PSA in the serum of patien Product Description popup.authors Bentrad Veronika V.
