The purpose of the study is to develop a system of biodiagnostic indicators to assess the resistance of soil microbial coenoses to contamination by current pesticides and to create an information block of the database of biological properties of soils of Ukraine, which contains information on the parameters of microbiological and biochemical indicators of soils contaminated with pesticides. Research methods - laboratory microbiological and biochemical analyzes of soil. Theoretical results: the direction and degree of changes in the parameters of microbiological and biochemical indicators of the soil under the influence of pesticides, the dynamics of changes in the number of microflora and enzymatic activity of the soil over time, the rate of recovery of biological properties after application of agrochemicals was established; the condition of the soil after the application of the most common current pesticides by integrated biological indicators was assessed. Practical results: an information block of data on the parameters of microbiological and biochemical indicators of typical chernozem under an application of pesticides (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides) for growing corn, winter wheat and naked oats, which will be included in the database "Soil Microbiology DB", and transferred as part of it to the Soil Information System of Ukraine; a system of biodiagnostic indicators and quantitative criteria for assessing the resistance of soil microbial community to pesticide loads has been developed. Novelty: the influence of application mixtures of the most common pesticides for various purposes on the structure and functioning of microbial communities of typical chernozem has been established.
