The analysis of criteria for assessing convergence and reproducibility of measurement results was carried out. The most optimal and sensitive methods for the test and calibration laboratory work were chosen for the purpose of tracking deviations in the laboratory, reference equipment, operators' errors during the tests. Algorithms for estimation of convergence and reproducibility of test results for estimation of quality of test laboratory work have been developed. Algorithmic and software complex for implementation of validation of methods of testing and calibration of measuring equipment is developed.
