The purpose of the study is to assess the trends and challenges of modern development of the agri-food market in the context of globalization, substantiate their own developments and proposals for solving current scientific and practical problems of the agri-food market of Ukraine, taking into account world experience of its regulation and infrastructure. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are scientific provisions that are reflected in the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the relevant issues of scientific research. In solving the tasks set in the work used abstract-logical method to systematize the main stages of development of the European agri-food market in globalization, diagnosis of the current state of the domestic market of agri-food products and formulation of conclusions, analysis and synthesis - to identify relationships in the typology of market organizations in the field of regulation of individual agri-food markets, monographic and comparative methods - in determining the comparative differences in the institutional development of global agri-food markets, graphical - in reflecting changes in the structure of the agricultural budget of the European Union. The main stages of infrastructural and institutional development of the European agri-food market and its regulation in the conditions of globalization are systematized, diagnostics of tendencies of a modern condition of the domestic market of agro-food products on the basis of the corresponding world experience is carried out that in addition to existing scientific developments effective development of the agri-food market of Ukraine.
