Mono- and multibiosensors based on immobilized enzymes using synthesized nanomaterials have been developed and appropriate laboratory prototypes of electrochemical enzyme sensors have been constructed using pH-sensitive field-effect transistors and planar ampermetric electrodes for simultaneous determination of major metabolites, metabolites and metabolites.
