Section 2. Development of electrochemical biosensors and biosensor systems based on immobilized enzymes. popup.stage_title Head Dziadevych Sergii V., Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 22-02-2021 Organization Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  A laboratory prototype of an amperometric enzyme biosensor system based on glucose oxidase, lactatoxidase and pyruvate oxidase for the simultaneous determination of glucose, lactate and pyruvate in blood serum has been developed. The main analytical characteristics of the developed system (sensitivity, minimum limit of determination, range of determination, reproducibility, selectivity, etc.) are investigated. It was found that the pH optimum of the working solution for the work of immobilized enzymes is in the range from 7 to 8 and is suitable for measuring biological samples. The absence of cross-action of monobiosensor substrates, as well as the influence of the concentration of cofactors and components of the buffer solution was demonstrated. Biosensors have been tested when working with real samples. Product Description popup.authors Dzyadevych Sergiy V Kalinichenko Larysa O. Pichiyan Nataliya V Saiapina Olha Ya. Serheieva Tetiana A.
