The subject of the research is ways to improve the legal regulation of civil and economic processes taking into account the dynamics of judicial reform in Ukraine. The aim of the work is to develop directions and ways to improve civil and commercial justice in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine, as well as other means of resolving private law disputes. Research methods - methods of cognition of legal phenomena and processes: dialectical, comparative law, system, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, special legal and others. The results of the study are manifested in the development of the main directions and ways to eliminate contradictions between the branches of civil procedural and commercial procedural law, formulated proposals for improving the current procedural legislation of Ukraine, ensuring the unity of judicial practice in civil and commercial cases, which together should help create a proper judicial protection mechanism. in Ukraine, the subjects of private law relations. Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study are that further improvement of civil and commercial litigation in order to optimize them and ensure fair, impartial and timely consideration and resolution of cases to effectively protect violated, unrecognized or disputed rights, freedoms or interests of individuals , rights and interests of legal entities, interests of the state.
