It is shown that all enzyme systems of the multibiosensor are characterized by good reproducibility with an error of measurement of RSD no more than 8%, both at direct definition of substrates, and at inhibitory definition of toxic substances. The optimal storage conditions of bioselective elements based on different enzyme systems are determined and new methods of long - term storage of the multibiosensor are proposed. In addition, it was studied how the reproducibility and stability of the preparation of different enzyme membranes change depending on the used procedure of immobilization of biological material, which will significantly improve the reproducibility of the manufacture of the multibiosensor device.
