The purpose of the study is to develop mathematical models and methods for solving analysis problems and synthesis of heat and gas supply systems as hydraulic circuits with distributed parameters, to increase the efficiency of capital investments in construction. Research methods - To solve the problem, theoretical and experimental studies were carried out. Theoretical studies are based on the method of mathematical modeling using the general laws of conservation of mass, motion and energy, as well as the laws of heat transfer. The solution of problems was carried out by numerical methods of calculation using the method of evolutionary search for the most preferable solutions. Experimental studies were carried out on a physical model of a tubular gas heater in a building structure on the basis of the PSACEA laboratory. All sections of the completed state budget work will be brought to their logical conclusion in the form of practical use of the results in the design, operation and analysis of existing equipment in heat and gas supply systems, as well as in the educational process of higher educational institutions.
