The information toolkit for support the tasks of technical and ecological monitoring of the basic types of CIО is developed; the method of forecasting flood danger for CIО in the riparian areas according to hydrological observations data is improved; the method of overcoming non-stochastic uncertainty based on the use of a fuzzy measure in predicting the maximum water consumption of low probability of exceeding according to hydrological observations data is proposed. Analytical tools have been developed to support the tasks of modeling and forecasting threats to CIО due to hydrological and hydromorphological changes in rivers, estimating the parameters of breakthrough waves to predict flooding as a result of hydrodynamic accidents at hydropower plants, probabilistic forecasting of accidents at pressure hydraulic structures.
