The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical principles and methodological recommendations for ensuring the adaptation of socio-economic systems to exogenous changes. Research methods - abstract-logical method, monographic, statistical-economic method, classifications, methods of economic-mathematical modeling. The organizational and economic mechanism of adaptation of the personnel of the enterprises to new conditions of activity is offered. The method of calculation of quantity of a certain type of waste and its use for definition of raw material base at development of the project of innovative development of the enterprise is developed. It is proved that controlling is an integral part of enterprise management. It is proved that the vectors of adaptation in the enterprise can have not only a positive but also a negative direction, ie by adapting to the circumstances and conditions of operation in an uncertain environment, the enterprise can achieve not only favorable results but also negative consequences of certain actions. The classification of OSU is generalized. The movement of intellectual capital in the process of realization of the offered organizational and economic mechanism of adaptive management of intellectual capital is defined. The technique of an estimation of criteria of efficiency of the administrative accounting of expenses of the following subsystems is developed: decision development; implementation of the decision; accounting and control, and coefficients of their significance. The methodological bases of the investment process analysis are specified. The mechanism of adaptive development of socio-economic systems on the basis of sesteynosti was further developed. The client-oriented strategy of enterprise development on the basis of social responsibility in the field of service provision is substantiated.
