It is established that formation of complex compounds in all tested systems by the process of mechanosynthesis occurs by the mechanism of mechanostimulated reaction (MSR). Mechanosynthesis of the titanium, carbon and silicon powders mixture leads to formation of the MAX phase Ti3SiC2 by the MCP mechanism. Composite material Mo0,90Cr0,08Ta0,02Si2 has been developed for use as high temperature and heat resistant material at temperatures up to 1600 С, and Mo0,60Cr0,36Ta0,04Si2 up to 1400 С.
