The purpose of the work is to study the heat-protective characteristics of materials and coatings in conditions that are as close as possible to the modeling of orbital flight and the entry into the atmosphere of rocket and space technology products. Develop high-temperature technologies, including the production of nanodispersed materials with additives, coatings and the production of high-entropy alloys using self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) using concentrated energy sources. Techniques are developed, equipment is created and researches of thermophysical characteristics of heat-protective materials and coverings are carried out. The study and improvement of the processes of synthesis of nanostructured nitrides of different composition under the action of concentrated light radiation (CSR) has been carried out. Consider the study of the effect of CSR on the formation of powder composite materials of different composition in the nitrogen stream. The technology of obtaining high-entropy alloys (HEA) by the SHS method using CSR (CSR) - (HEA-SHS-CSR) was developed, and the movement of pressing in the focal region of the solar energy concentrator provided regulation of radiation intensity and created the optimal mode of alloying MAX material. Methods and equipment of high-temperature heating are used in IPM of NAS of Ukraine for drawing and research of heat-protective and corrosion-resistant coverings; the results of determination of TPC of heat-protective materials will be used at calculations of products of rocket and space equipment in Yuzhnoye design office.
