The objective of the research work is to determine the reasons for deterioration of the quality of high-oleic sunflower seeds in the conditions of "Satori-C" Ltd in Kropyvnytskyi district of Kirovohrad region. In the course of research, an in-depth analysis of agro-technical and organizational conditions for growing sunflower at "Satori-C" Ltd was carried out and their impact on seed quality has been identified. Much attention is paid to the analysis of weather conditions and their impact on the quality of sunflower seeds. As a result of research it is established that the main reason for a sharp decline in sunflower productivity in 2020 was extremely dry weather conditions in the second half of the vegetation of the plants with insufficient moisture reserves in deep soil. The information was presented by the Institute of Cereal Crops the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. The selected hybrid LG 5492 HO KL absolutely meets the requirements for obtaining high-oleic sunflower seeds. A group of organizational and agronomic factors could not cause a decrease in the content of oleic acid in the seeds of the harvest. A significant decrease in the content of oleic acid in the seeds of high-oleic sunflower hybrid LG 5492 HO KL at "Satori-C" Ltd in Kropyvnytskyi district of Kirovohrad region is caused by excessive contrast of day and night air temperatures and atypically low night temperatures during the second half of vegetation of sunflower seeds with severe soil and air drought.
