The focus of the work is to develop theoretical models of soft matter objects, in particular, granular materials , their structurisation and physical properties and also their applications in relevant environmental safety technologies. Research methodology include theoretical and numerical modeling, physical experiment (on the laboratory bases of organizations-collaborators). For one-dimensional inhomogeneous power chain with nonlinear Hertzian contacts the multimode wave dynamics in the form of convolutions of cylindrical waves and resonant modes has been discovered.
